Future Vision Workshops
Looking towards the future - my teams were asked to develop a 5-10 year vision NBC Universal and Comcast Executives to highlight what NBC would look like in a highly volatile and disruptive media environment.
We were tasked to synthesize a series of concepts and conversations into a clear mission, voice and journey that would drive the presentation, prototypes and products created.
We conducted a series of 3 half-day sessions using guided conversations and visual brainstorming to align key stakeholders including our organizational Executive Vice President and President. Our goal was - distill, focus and craft a journey that was clear, unique and aligned.
