About Me

I am an Emmy® Award winning Executive, Speaker, Innovator, Entrepreneur & Futurist. I am an experienced Product, DesignUX & Creative Executive Leader for world class products, brands and emerging platforms in the media, technology and lifestyle industries.

As an agent of change, I evolve traditional business models into agile, product and design led cultures that drive teams towards innovative transformation and operational excellence at global scale.

In my most recent role, I served as Group Vice President of Global Product & Design for Discovery’s Product, Design UX, and Technology groups. I was responsible for setting the Product & Design Vision, Strategy and Go-to-Market approach through Design Thinking and Customer Centered strategies for OTT, Mobile and Direct to Consumer products, platforms, services and experiences. A key part of my role was defining organizational structures, working processes, methods and frameworks to scale our products globally while hiring, mentoring and growing a team of 300 people around the world.

As head of Product, Design UX, User Research, Product Creative & Copy, Platform Operations and Innovation - my teams were tasked with creating end-to-end holistic customer experiences for the new Discovery+ Streaming Service, and 18 branded network products, platforms and services including TLC, HGTV, Food Network, Discovery Channel and OWN.

Our teams pioneered the exploration of emerging technologies, product experiences, advertising and content models that build deep and lasting relationships with fans and customers around the world.
